Packet Pick-Up
All participants are required to pick up their race packets at the Race Expo, which is free and open to the public. Participants will pick up their race bib, event shirt, race tote bag, and other goodies.

Packet Pick-Up Parking
Parking at the Trustees' Garden Kehoe Iron Works Campus parking facilities is self-operated.
Can I pick up on race day?
If you are unable to attend the Race Expo on Friday, you may purchase Race Day Packet Pick-up and pick up your items on race morning in Forsyth Park close to the Start Line (at Drayton and Huntingdon St.). Race Day packet pick-up opens at 5:30am. Race Day packet pick-up is available for a fee [CONFIRM fee — $20 in 2025]. If you did not purchase at the time of registration, log into your Let's Do This account:
- Manage your booking here then enter your booking reference.
- From your dashboard, click 'Manage' next to your name.
- Under 'Make Changes' click 'Purchase or view add-ons' to add Race Day Packet Pick Up to your registration.

Can someone else pick up for me?
Yes, please send your proxy with a copy of driver's license (digital picture is OK) and your confirmation email to expedite the pick-up process. Proxies may only pick up packets for up to 3 people.
Can I change my race distance?
Yes, you may switch distances if there is still capacity. Please visit the Solutions Table at the Race Expo to make this request.

Course Maps
Gear Check
We will offer gear check at the finish festival in Forsyth Park starting at 5:45am. How it works:
- If you plan on checking items, pick up a clear bag at bib pickup when getting your bib number.
- You can only use this designated bag for gear check. No other bags will be accepted.
- Prior to the race, affix your gear check tear-off tag to your Southern Half designated clear bag.
- Drop your bag (with your items) between 5:45am – 6:45am at the gear check tent located in the finish festival area.
- Do not check any valuables or liquids.
- Gear check will remain open until 12pm.

Course Time Limit
The time count begins after the start of the last wave of runners. Runners who are unable to maintain a 17-minute pace, although encouraged to complete the race, will be asked to remain out of previously closed traffic lanes and will be asked to move to the side and obey regular traffic laws. The highway will be reopened to traffic on a "rolling basis" determined by that pace. The Finish Line will stay open for runners and spectators until 12:00 PM. Aid stations, official finishing times, commemorative medallions, and post-race refreshments will only be available to runners who maintain a 3-hour and 45-minute pace or below.
Awards
The top 3 male, female, and non-binary finishers overall will receive an award. The top 3 male, female, and non-binary finishers in each age group will receive an award. Please see the age groups below: Under 15, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+ Awards must be picked up on-site at the Awards table after the race.

Getting to the Start

Drop Off Zone
If you're getting dropped off, please use the intersection of E Huntingdon St and Abercorn as your point of reference. You will be able to access the start line via a short walk.
